General information

The accommodation is confirmed after written confirmation and a deposit of 30%. The deposit (caparra) paid before arrival is considered a security deposit and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

The remaining amount can be paid in cash, by check, or online transfer on the day of departure.

Although there is no right of withdrawal under current EU regulations, we grant the following cancellation terms under Art. 1382 of the Civil Code (ZGB):

• You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• In the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, we will retain 50% of the total price.
• In case of cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival or no-show, the total price will be charged.

Cancellations must always be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. In case of early departure, the total amount will be charged. We recommend our ’Red Rooster’ cancellation protection policy so that you can spare yourself unneces-sary costs.

On the day of arrival, the booked vacation apartments are available from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive later or earlier, please let us know.

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the vacation apartments by 9:30 a.m. We need this time to clean and prepare everything for the arriving guests. Thank you for your understanding!

Throughout your stay, you will receive the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass, which allows you to use all public transportation in South Tyrol for free.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
